Grant Mark

Mark Grant, professore di letteratura classica presso I'Haileybury College ad Hertford, ha lavorato come cuoco e per più di venti anni ha compiuto ricerche su cibo e alimentazione nell'antica Roma.

Tra le sue precedenti pubblicazioni vi sono: Anthimus: On the Observence of Foods (1996), Dieting for an Emperor (1997) e Roman Cookery Ancient Pecipes for Modem Kitchens (1999).
